Technical Account Manager(m/w/d)
Full time / Berlin / Home OfficeWhat you will do:
- Leading all desktop and mobile technical implementations for new affiliate programs on the financeAds International platform. From initial concept, to final testing of the implemented tracking solution
- Liaising with the client’s technical teams to explain our technology, how to best manage the technical implementation and to clarify any questions the client might have
- Acting as the point of contact for any tracking / technical related queries coming from the Account Management and Sales teams, to improve the onboarding experience for new and existing accounts and reduce campaign start times
- Leading a new project to make sure all current clients are utilizing up-to-date methods of tracking and make sure all tracking is future proof
- Contributing to the overall success of your team and the company, and support your colleagues to achieve their goals
- Owning your tasks from start to finish
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree, preferably in Information and Computer science
- Experience with digital media, digital operations, technical implementation with online marketing (web hosting, DSP, eCommerce etc.)
- Good understanding of HTML and JavaScript are necessary
- Detail-oriented and numbers-oriented mentality
- Strong analytical skills, and be a true problem solver
- Previous knowledge of ad operations would be a plus
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively. Other European languages considered a plus

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in either Marketing or (International) Business
- Caring attitude for both your colleagues and your accounts
- Affinity for the internet in general and interest in technical subjects
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Being able to learn and work independently, and own your tasks from start to finish
- Native / near-native English, any other European language is a plus.
