Working Student / Spain & LATAM (m/w/d)

What we are looking for a student who:

• Is currently studying a Bachelors or Master’s degree in either Marketing or (International) Business. We can also offer you a fixed-term (min 6 months) paid internship, if you are at the end of your studies and this is required by the University
• Has a caring and service-oriented attitude for both the accounts and colleagues
• Is able to spot business opportunities to generate more results for our advertisers
• Has affinity for the trends on the internet, social media, online marketing and technical subjects
• Has strong analytical and numerical skills
• Is able to learn and work independently, and owns the tasks from start to finish
• Is fluent (C1) in spoken and written Spanish and English, any other European language is a plus
• Has gained relevant experience in internships or (part-time) jobs where relationship management, customer support was performed. Business development related tasks is a plus
• Is a resident in Germany. As we are all working remotely, the position will be remote first and once we will be back at the office, presence in the office will be required, but, most likely, a couple of days a week only. You do not necessarily need to be based in Berlin, but anywhere in Germany.

What you will do:

• Managing and fostering excellent relationships with your advertiser and publisher accounts
• Manage the official internal communications with our partners in regards to our campaigns via Newsletter (Mailchimp knowledge is a plus)
• Responsible for fully onboarding new publishers that sign up to our platform and support them on the activation of the account and campaigns
• Support the invoicing process, debt collection and campaign reporting, as well as updating the advertising material
• Assist with the start of new affiliate programs and ensure new programs are picked up by the right affiliates
• Actively analyse affiliates revenues and optimizing them for both advertisers and publishers
• Responsible for expanding our network and systematically hunting and acquiring new publishers (such as comparison websites, bloggers and influencers)
• Contributing to the overall success of the team Spain & LATAM and the company, as well as supporting your colleagues across teams to achieve their goals

Key Account Manager / Online Marketing - Spain & LATAM (m/w/d)

What we are looking for a student who:

• Studied a bachelors or Master’s degree in either Marketing or (International) Business Administration
• Has a caring and service-oriented attitude for both the accounts and colleagues
• Has at least 2 year of work experience together in areas such as Account Management in Digital Marketing and/or Business Development related tasks
• Has strong new sales skills and ability to spot business opportunities to generate more results for our advertisers
• Has strong communication skills: enjoys talking to clients and partners, as well as proactively stays connected and enhances the communication and social interactions with the own team and others in the company
• Has strong analytical skills: analysis of performance based on campaigns' KPIs
• Has strong technical skills: is familiarized with technical integrations and tracking technologies (pixel, postbacks, s2s, API)
• Is highly proactive, able to learn and work independently, and own your tasks from start to finish
• Is fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English, any other European language is a plus
• Has experience working with tools like Close, Mailchimp, Mailerlite, Brackets, Trello. Skills in HTML and any other technical language are definitely a plus
• Is a resident in Germany. As we are working partially remotely, the position will be remote with a couple of days of office presence. You do not necessarily need to be based in Berlin already, at first, but you must be a German resident

What you will do:

• Building and fostering excellent relationships with your advertiser (such as banks, fintechs, brokers or insurance companies) and publisher accounts (such as comparison websites, media buyers, bloggers and influencers)
• Responsible of managing a dynamic portfolio of affiliate campaigns for banking or investing products for the Spanish market: looking for new publishers and constantly growing the revenues on Key Accounts
• Analyse the revenues of the campaigns and optimize them for both advertisers and publishers
• Business development: responsible for expanding our network and systematically hunting and acquiring new publishers and new advertisers
• Contributing to the overall success of the Spanish team and the company, and supporting your colleagues to achieve their goals
• Attend relevant Online Marketing events and conferences both in Germany and Spain for networking purposes

Technical Account Manager(m/w/d)

What you will do:

• Leading all desktop and mobile technical implementations for new affiliate programs on the financeAds International platform. From initial concept, to final testing of the implemented tracking solution
• Liaising with the client’s technical teams to explain our technology, how to best manage the technical implementation and to clarify any questions the client might have
• Acting as the point of contact for any tracking / technical related queries coming from the Account Management and Sales teams, to improve the onboarding experience for new and existing accounts and reduce campaign start times
• Leading a new project to make sure all current clients are utilizing up-to-date methods of tracking and make sure all tracking is future proof
• Contributing to the overall success of your team and the company, and support your colleagues to achieve their goals
• Owning your tasks from start to finish

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree, preferably in Information and Computer science
• Experience with digital media, digital operations, technical implementation with online marketing (web hosting, DSP, eCommerce etc.)
• Good understanding of HTML and JavaScript are necessary
• Detail-oriented and numbers-oriented mentality
• Strong analytical skills, and be a true problem solver
• Previous knowledge of ad operations would be a plus
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively. Other European languages considered a plus
